Slime care
My slime is sticky. What should I do?+
Cool it first and play with clean, dry hands. If it is still sticky, add a tiny amount of prepared slime activator, knead it completely, and repeat only if needed. Activator is not included.
My slime is stiff. How do I soften it?+
Warm it slowly in your hands. A small amount of plain lotion can help non-clear slime, but add only a drop at a time.
How should I store it?+
Return slime to its closed tub after play and keep it at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.
How long does slime last?+
With clean hands and airtight storage, slime can stay playable for months. Texture naturally changes with use and temperature.

When will my order ship?+
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days and ship from Las Vegas. Delivery time begins after processing.
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping cost is calculated at secure checkout, and orders over $30 qualify for free shipping.
What comes in the package?+
Your package contains the slime tubs you ordered. Activator, a care card, and extras are not currently included.
What is the return or damage policy?+
Unopened tubs may be returned within 30 days. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order details and photos.
Ingredients & safety
What is in the slime?+
Water, PVA, sodium borate, mica shimmer, cosmetic-grade colorants, aloe leaf juice, phenoxyethanol, and sodium benzoate. Glow slime also contains glow pigment.
Is it scented?+
No fragrance is added. It smells like the slime ingredients.
Can I eat it?+
No. Alien XCRMT is not edible. Keep it away from mouths, eyes, pets, fabric, and unfinished surfaces.
Why did the color or texture change?+
Heat and cold during transit can temporarily change texture, and colors may shift slightly. Let the sealed tub reach room temperature before play.
What age is it for?+
Ages 4+ with adult supervision. Each tub contains small toy pieces that can be a choking hazard.
